HOW TO USE
- Take some oil, apply all over the body and massage gently (You may warm the oil before use for increased relaxation).
- Use downwards strokes on limbs, clockwise strokes on the abdomen, follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back.
- Ensure that the oil gets absorbed completely.
